Choir for Grades K-5
Every Tuesday after school until 4:15pm
It’s time to get singing! Join us for SINGERS every Tuesday in the middle school music room. This year SINGERS will be directed by both Mrs. Bell and Ms. Barney! Our first rehearsal will be Tuesday, August 23rd.
- Turn in Registration Form no later than Monday, August 22nd. Enrollment is limited, so earlier is better.
- Please also complete the “TCDS Extracurricular Registration Packet” so that we can be sure that your fees and Tax Credit donations are applied appropriately.
- Choir students should plan to attend all rehearsals. Please be on time.
- Choir members should plan to bring and eat a snack before rehearsal. Food is not permitted in the music room.
- Please contact Mrs. Bell or Ms. Barney if your child is unable to attend a rehearsal.
- Students should come to rehearsal ready to sing and have fun. Always participate positively! Please do not be disruptive (or overly social) during rehearsal time.
- Parents should be prompt when picking up children from rehearsals (see dismissal procedure below). If you’re running late please send a quick email.
- Fee: $50 activity fee for both the fall semester and spring semester (waived with $200 Tax Credit contribution).
DISMISSAL PROCEDURE
All rehearsals will end at 4:15pm. Please follow these guidelines to ensure that students get home safely.
• Inform Mrs. Bell or Ms. Barney how your student will be getting home on the choir permission slip and be willing to show ID if required.
• At 4:15pm students will be signed out and picked up outside the music room.
• At 4:20pm the remaining students will be delivered to After Care.
